CartTrade provides a platform for connecting vehicle sellers with buyers. We offer valuation tools and facilitate the sale process but are not a party to the final sales contract unless explicitly stated.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide about your vehicle is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You must not submit false or misleading information.

4. Vehicle Valuations

Any valuations provided by our online tools are estimates based on market data and the information you provide. Final offers are subject to physical inspection and verification of the vehicle's condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CartTrade be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
